Senior Recruiter

Generate Capital is hiring a Senior Recruiter to help build a world-class recruiting function in support of our next phase of growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, the mission of this position is to hire the best talent on the planet while contributing to a scalable, values-led, and data-driven recruiting culture. As a core member of the recruiting team, this individual will be a source of innovation and a guardian of our culture. What you will be doing at Generate Capital

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across Generate’s corporate functions and investment team
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy
  • Deliver a differentiated and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams
  • Support innovative and impactful initiatives that identify and attract diverse world-class talent
  • Leverage and optimize Generate’s recruiting technology suite (current tools: Greenhouse, Talent Wall, and ChartHop)
  • Ensure interview quality and mitigate bias by institutionalizing high-quality assessment tools
  • Partner with the VP, Talent on workforce planning initiatives and to monitor and proactively meet Generate’s evolving organizational needs
  • Collaborate with the People team as we continue to build and evolve our culture
