Revenue Analyst

We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to perform day to day activities related to revenue billing and customer management, as well as general administrative work. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the mission of this role is to ensure timely and accurate receipt of revenue while providing excellent customer service and relationship management to all stakeholders.

You are a process- and results-oriented person, passionate about the type of work Generate is doing, and looking to apply your experience to help scale a growing business and drive critical internal process efficiencies.

If you have the below experience and capabilities, we’d love to hear from you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an energy-related field (renewables preferred), with exposure to reading and interpreting power purchase agreements
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Prior experience in providing customer service via email and telephone
  • Prior experience with creating and documenting business processes
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy, intuition, and listening
  • Excellent organizational and self-management capability
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross functional team
  • Ability to rapidly learn new concepts with minimal formal instruction
  • High level of self-awareness and humility, with excitement about confronting uncomfortable situations or new challenges
  • Intellectual agility and curiosity, superb analytical skills; problem-solving is your default mode
  • Entrepreneurial spirit: flexibility, comfort with risk and the unknown, recognition that we’re never going to be perfect and that “perfect can be the enemy of the good”
  • Experience in a growth company is preferable
