Arthur (“Art”) Scavone is the Chief Legal Officer of Generate Capital. He is a recognized leader in energy and project finance with nearly four decades of experience structuring and executing complex, first-of-a-kind transactions. He spent the majority of his career as a partner at White & Case, where he served for 19 years as Global Head of the firm’s Project Development and Finance group, advising developers, lenders, and investors across the global energy and infrastructure markets. More recently, Art served as Senior Advisor to the Under Secretary for Infrastructure at the U.S. Department of Energy, helping deploy more than $80 billion in energy infrastructure funding under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Inflation Reduction Act, including the establishment of U.S. Hydrogen Hubs.
