Generate Capital Welcomes Harsi Thethi as Interim CFO, Recognizing Brian Lehman’s Impact

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, November 18, 2024 Generate Capital, PBC (“Generate”), a leading sustainable infrastructure investment firm, announced today that Chief Financial Officer Brian Lehman will be stepping down from his role, effective January 2025, to become Co-Head, Global Banking and Markets, U.S. at Scotiabank. Harsi Thethi, a seasoned financial leader with more than 20 years of experience, will serve as interim CFO of Generate.

Mr. Thethi joins Generate with nearly 20 years of experience at Credit Suisse, where he most recently served as CFO of the Investment Bank. He holds an undergraduate degree in economics from University College London and a master’s in finance from London Business School.
