San Francisco, CA – March 18, 2025 – Generate Capital, PBC (“Generate”), a leading sustainable infrastructure investment firm, today announced the appointment of Paul Ross as Global Head of Investor Solutions, a key role within the Capital Formation team. This team encompasses Investor Solutions, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Structured Finance. In this newly created role, Ross will oversee engagement with institutional and private investors to support the company’s growing platform and long-term investment strategy.

“We are thrilled to welcome Paul to Generate Capital as we continue to expand and enhance our investor engagement strategies,” said Ed Bossange, Chief Capital Formation Officer at Generate Capital. “Paul’s experience in building and managing long-term investor relationships, coupled with his deep expertise in scaling institutional investment platforms, makes him an invaluable addition to our team. His leadership will strengthen our ability to connect with partners who share our commitment to long-term, sustainable value creation.”

Ross joins Generate Capital with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including a distinguished tenure at Bridgewater Associates. He joined Bridgewater in 2004 and most recently served as Head of the Investment Engine, leading a team of approximately 400 professionals—spanning research and idea generation, portfolio management, operations, and trade execution. Previously, he was Co-Head of Client Service and Marketing, where he focused on building strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest investors and developed investment strategies and research tailored to their objectives. His experience navigating complex financial markets and fostering strategic investor relationships will be key as Generate continues to scale.

“I am excited to join Generate Capital at such a pivotal moment in its growth,” said Ross. “Generate has built an exceptional platform to invest in middle market sustainable infrastructure and has a long track record delivering attractive returns through high-impact assets. I look forward to working with the Generate team and our global investors to drive the company’s continued success.”
