Theodore Matula

Tedd has more than 30 years of experience as a transactional attorney and energy industry executive, including over 20 years in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure. His career spans hundreds of domestic and international corporate finance, M&A, and securities transactions, and the development, financing, and acquisition of dozens of utility scale renewable and conventional IPP projects. Prior to Generate, Tedd most recently served as Chief Legal Officer of Leeward Renewable Energy in Dallas and was previously with Vinson & Elkins in Dallas and Hogan Lovells in Denver. Tedd holds a J.D. from the SMU School of Law and a B.A. in History and Philosophy from SMU in Dallas.
