Max has more than 10 years of transaction experience as an investor and management consultant. Throughout his career, Max has completed over $1 billion in transactions in the distributed generation sector. Prior to joining Generate in 2021, Max was an M&A management consultant at PwC in New York. Max holds a BSBA in Finance from Boston University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
