Emily has extensive experience advising public and private companies on complex U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and other local GAAP matters, as well as capital markets and M&A transactions. Prior to Generate, she was a Managing Director at CFGI and a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Global Advisory and Policy Group. She previously held leadership roles in KPMG’s Accounting Advisory Services and Audit practices. Emily is a CPA in New York and Michigan and holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Michigan–Dearborn.
