Frank Teng

Frank has more than 20 years of experience in solar, energy efficiency, and sustainability as a growth leader, project developer, and program manager. Throughout his career, Frank has developed $90 million in behind-the-meter enterprise solar and overseen decarbonization programs representing more than $1 billion in annual energy spend across commercial and industrial sectors. Prior to Generate, Frank was Vice President, Business Development & Growth at OnSwitch, Inc. and Vice President, Energy & Sustainability Services at JLL. Frank holds a BS in Science, Technology & Society from Stanford University and an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.
