Georgina has advised on over $4 billion of energy and infrastructure transactions throughout her career spanning across the project lifecycle, including greenfield development, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and debt and tax equity financings. Prior to Generate, Georgina held various roles in private practice and in-house at Clean Energy Counsel, Sol Systems, and Allen & Overy. Georgina holds a BA in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD and LLM in International Business and Economic Law from Georgetown University Law Center.
