Joshua has more than 17 years of experience in Total Rewards and Compensation within the financial services sector. Prior to Generate, Joshua was Principal, Head of Compensation & HCM Analytics at Sixth Street in New York, and before that was Vice President, Firmwide Compensation at Goldman Sachs. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
