At Generate, he built the company’s Treasury function and leads liquidity management, cash forecasting, risk management, and treasury operations. He also leads Generate’s Capital Allocation Committee, evaluating investment opportunities and allocating balance sheet capital to support long-term growth. Prior to Generate, he was Managing Partner at Cypress Advisors, where he advised investment companies and operating businesses on liquidity, capital structure, credit facilities, cash management, derivatives, and foreign-exchange risk. He previously served as Interim Treasury Manager at TPG Capital and held senior commercial banking roles at First Financial Bank, Frost Bank, and BB&T. Zach holds an MBA from Texas Christian University, a bachelor’s degree from Barton College, and is a Certified Treasury Professional.
